We are so grateful for the wonderful people at the Shriner's Hospital! Easton's Prosthesis rubbed some pretty mean sores on his leg, so he hasn't been able to wear his leg for the past couple of weeks. The sores are FINALLY better and so we went in to Shriner's on Thursday to get fitted for a new leg. They are going to try a little different style this time to see if we can get a little better fit. I'll post some pictures of it when we get it... hopefully on Monday.
My kids love to go to Shriner's. It doesn't matter what its for! We always have to make a trip upstairs to the big play area and then to see Mike and Sully. The only bad part is trying to make them leave. There is such a wonderful feeling there it doesn't even feel like a hospital! What a huge blessing in our lives!
