Halloween Program

For Preschool on Thursday Sadie had a Halloween party. We got her all dressed up in her fairy costume... which she couldn't have been more excited about! The parents were supposed to come in Costume so I threw together a Crazy Cleaning lady costume with stuff I had in my closet. I dropped Sadie off at school, went and got my costume on, dropped off Easton, and then went back to the party. On the way to school Sadie and I had this conversation...
Sadie: "Mommy, are you going to wear your costume to school?"
Mom: "Yes."
Sadie: "Oh, So you are going to be very very silly and I am going to be very very beautiful?"
Mom: "Yes, that's right."
Sadie: "Is Gigi going to see you in your costume?"
Mom: "Yes, when I drop off Easton"
Sadie: "She is going to laugh really hard!"

She was right!

I show up to the Halloween party to a room full of normally dressed adults.
I was the ONLY one who dressed up! All I can say is... every party has a pooper....and this time it certainly wasn't me!
