Yesterday Sadie came out of her bedroom dressed like this, towing her baby, a diaper bag, and her pillow. "Mom, we are ready. We are going camping!"
My favorite part of the outfit is her new "line shoes."(see below) Notice they are still tied together AND they are on the wrong feet. How she was even walking in them is a mystery to me!
Easton thinking his sister is pretty cool... despite her "nerdiness!"Sadie: "Mom, thanks! You bought me line shoes like you!"
Mom: "What are line shoes?"
Sadie: "You know the kind with a line on this part... (pointing to the strap that goes across the top)
Today we went to see Andy working at my parents house. I asked sadie not to step in the mud. She wanted to go see her dad and started to cry.
Mom: "Sadie, what is the matter?"
Sadie: "but, Mom... I have my homework shoes on!" Clarification: Her work shoes.....
Mom: "oh, I didn't realize that... I'm sorry!"
Oh, Sadie... what would I do with out you?
