My Greatest Joy....

My greatest joy is my family! I can't even begin to express my gratefulness to my Heavenly Father for allowing me to be a part of their lives! Being a Mother is truly the greatest thing that I will ever accomplish! Not only do I have the best kids in the world... but, the best husband in the world too! Andy is the best Dad!

Here are two of my recent joy moments:

I love to watch my kids play together. It makes me so happy to see them interact with one another. Yesterday Sadie was reading all of us a book. Easton just cuddled up right next to her to see the pictures. I love to hear Sadie read books! She has the funniest interpretation. When she isn't sure what to say she just demonstrates the facial expressions of the character's in the book.

Sadie: Okay, I am going to be the teacher and read this book.
Sadie reads. I raise my hand to make a comment.
Sadie: Yes, Mommy.
Mommy: Teacher I love the faces you make when you're reading us a story.
Sadie smiles.
Sadie: Zip your lip, Teacher is talking!
While she is showing me how to zip my lips.


Hmmm... I wonder where she's heard that before?



The first thing the kids do when Andy gets home from work is run to him, jump all over him and pretty much treat him like a jungle gym. He loves it and chases, tickles, and mauls them right back! I love to see them playing and having fun!
