Zermatt Getaway

Gigi and Grandpa gave the family a two night getaway at the Zermatt Resort in Midway as part of our Christmas! It was tons of fun to all be together again! We had a ton of fun swimming in the pool, which had a tunnel where you could swim to the outside pool, and a water fall in the hot tub. Andy took the kids sledding, while I got to go with Gigi and Shelly to look at some really cute boutiques. We ate at the Dairy Keen... a fast food restaurant that has a model train that drives all around the ceiling (Easton absolutely loved this!) We ate dinner at the Shneidder Restaurant, the food was deliscious. It was a seafood buffet complete with sushi, crab, caviar, oysters, and pretty much any other fish you could think of. But, it also had some really good vegetables, salads, pot roast....and Oh, the dessert..... Yummy! The kids were really very good, Sadie liked eating at the "princess" restaurant, eventhough when we asked her she said, "I'm not a princess. I'm a queen!" We finished it all off with a hilarious game of Quelf. Quelf is the funniest board game I have ever played! I can't wait to play it again! Thanks Moosman Family for a great Weekend together!
