When I got home Andy had arranged to have the kids tended so that we could have a date night. He set up a table with flowers in the basement and had old school music playing. He made me a yummy dinner of BBQ'ed Teriyaki chicken, corn, and stuffing. He really did a great job... and I was starving! Then he told me to get in comfy clothes because we were going to the drive-in.
I got all ready... popped some popcorn to take and then headed to the car.... were SUPRIZE! The drive-in was in my own garage. Andy set-up are big screen in the Garage with speakers and everything. He had three different movies to pick from.... I picked 7 Brides for 7 Brothers.... is he great or what!?
It was fun to cuddle in the car and watch a movie right at our own home... and the thoughtfulness of the entire evening got him big points.... not to mention the fact that it was a very inexpensive date!
I truly am such a lucky girl! I love you, Andy!
Thanks for a great pre-Mother's Day!
