Carraige's.....

For Christmas Eve this year we all bundled up and headed downtown for a ride on the Carraiges. For as long as I can remember my family would go and ride the carraiges around downtown and see all the Christmas lights on Christmas eve. We stopped that tradition the year before Andy and I got married.... but, we decided to start it again this year. It was fun to carry on the tradition with our kids and I look forward to doing it every other year for years to come!

The kids were VERY excited about the ride. Sadie woke up at 5:30 am on Christmas Eve morning. From her bed we heard this....

"Mom, Dad! Guess what today is?"
"It's Carriaging day!"

So not to create problems, Sadie and Easton rode with Nan, Pa, and Auntie M... which left the honeymooners..... Brad, Lindy(and baby), Andy and I (and baby) in a carriage of our own. I was a little sad at first, not to ride with the kids, but I must admit I enjoyed being able to relax and hold my hubby's hand while we rode around town!

We all stayed warm and had a lof of fun. Apparently just after a UTA bus passed Sadie's carriage she decided she would have rather rode the bus.... Pa was really wishing she would have let him know that before, that would definately have been lighter on the pocketbook!
Thanks Guys for a fun night on the town!
