The Meet..... in St. George.

On Friday night we met up with Karen and her girls....+ Koston. We hung out at their house for a bit, visited and played a little Wii. We even got Gigi in on the fun. Then we went to Chuck-a-Rama for dinner. They didn't have a table big enough for us to all sit at, so we let the kids sit at a booth by themselves. They thought that was SOO cool. Sadie had a blast with Gracie, they are both such Girly girls, and Easton had fun with Koston. It was hilarious to hear them talking, totally opposite from the girls! The kids did really well. After dinner we looked over and saw all the kids sharing a drink.

We were a little disappointed that it rained all day on Saturday. We were really looking forward to going out to the meet with Daddy and Grandpa. We even hauled the rhino down so we could go around and play in the dirt. We ended up having fun anyway!

We started out the day with a trip to my new favorite store.... TJ Maxx & More. I loved that place. It was a good thing we didn't have any money to spend there.... otherwise we probably wouldn't have when I was done! Then we headed to the library to read some books. After lunch at McDonalds we met up with the Roger's again to visit and play. The kids had a blast and it was wonderful to catch up with everyone. Haliava absolutely loved Easton. It was the cutest thing. She just kept kissing him. He was a pretty good sport about it, it made us all laugh. Seeing Halli reminds me a lot of Sadie when she was younger. She was very outgoing and I think they look a little bit alike. We also got to see Leighton... I was amazed at what a happy baby she was. I never once heard her cry... she just smiled and jabbered.

We were supposed to come home Saturday night after the meet... but, the boys were too tired, cold, and hungry to drive home. The kids were elated that we didn't have to go home, so we enjoyed one more night at the motel and then headed home on Sunday.

It was a fun little get-away, and it was great to be with the family!
