Sadie started off with little to no coordination... just as one might expect a 4 year old to do. However, she has gotten pretty good. She still does more socializing and dancing in the field than fielding, but the last couple of games she hasn't had to use the Tee to hit at all!
More than anything she loved the attention she got from it all! She was known for the cheesy thumbs up she would give us from the plate or from the field. One game the cousins all came to cheer her on and Andy said, she started saying, "Go, Me!" I guess confindence is good in a 4, almost 5 yr. old.... we'll just have to make sure she tones it down a bit as she gets older!
Her fan club enjoyed all the games too. Easton spent most of the games out in the field right next to his sister or chasing the girls around that were waiting to Bat. He thought he was part of the team. I wish I would have gotten some pics of him out in the field with all the girls, they would have been great for blackmailing later on in life.
Hopefully, I can get some from someone else.
