When we made it to the reservoir we took some time to have a snack and skip rocks... technically Daddy was the only one who was really getting skipping action!
The trip back wore Tucker right out.....

We got back right in time for the second session to start so we listened to conference while we ate and then the kids had quiet time....
Oh, we also started making our rockets. Daddy bought a kit to make rockets and the kids are super excited about it. So we made up our designs and got the bodies pretty much finished.
Saturday night we played a few games before heading off to bed.
Sunday morning we listened to morning session and then took a walk to the big rock before we headed home.
The "Big Rock" or "Granite Rock" is a big thing in the Moosman family. The kids love it and it is the perfect place to get a picture with Timp in the background!
We made it home just in time to listen to the afternoon session and then we had some dinner.
It was a wonderful weekend and VERY relaxing! We might even make it a new tradition! Conference was amazing, as usual. I felt touched by so many of the talks. Twice, I had very clear answers to prayers. It's as if the talks were written especially for me! We are so blessed to have modern day apostles and Prophets to guide and direct us in our daily lives!
