Deck our Halls.....

As is tradition, we spent the day after Thanksgiving "Decking our halls!" The kids helped and we had a lot of fun putting up all the Christmas decorations. We decided to put up the tree downstairs this year, for a little extra room and I have loved having some Christmas upstairs and downstairs to enjoy! We watched Christmas movies and just had a really fun time!
I sat our Santa plate out on the fireplace went to do something else, came back, and Sadie already had it filled with a cup of water and cookies. Once I explained that we didn't need to get THAT ready yet, she decided to eat them herself!


Elfy made his first appearance as well. Andy and I were downstairs and I asked Sadie to get something upstairs. She came running down totally out of breath and more excited than I have EVER seen her. "MOMMY, DADDY, ELFY IS BACK!" She has absolutely loved having him back this year and can often be found having conversations with him! It pretty much makes my day!

Daddy says he went "simple" on the lights this year, but if you ask me, they look WONDERFUL!
